The Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball is a solid rubber ball that comes in pairs, tightly secured in a Snug-Grip mesh Tote. They are grippy, pliable and portable, making them incredibly effective for self myofascial release. They can be used individually or in pairs.

The tote is made from a mesh fabric which has its own grip to add to the impact of rolling. The holes in the fabric allow the grippiness of the balls to reach through. The toggle at the top helps to keep the balls secured, while also allowing flexibility with respect to how much space you might require between them when using them in a pair.

The Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls measure 6.3cm in diameter. The density of this ball would be similar to a massage therapists “thumb” compression, making it easy to get into specific areas of the body to create release and freedom of movement.
